About Siri Sadhana
Siri Sadhana Kaur is a Kundalini Yoga trainer of teachers, and a mantra recording artist and dancer.

Her love of embodying the sacred through movement, melody, and rhythm led her to record an eclectic mix of 8 music mantra albums that are all available on Spotify and downloadable sites.
​
Siri’s ethos and practice encourage others to experience themselves as joyful instruments of expression and transformation. Her passion combines the body’s innate intelligence with the healing power and wisdom of the voice. Through her work and sessions, she helps others to discover their own personal style and path.
With a background in Theatre, she was inspired to train as a performer with the movement Master Jacques Lecoq in Paris, she collaborated in both classical and innovative ensembles, whilst integrating and training in interpersonal and therapeutic expression. For 20 years she worked closely with the late Sobonfu Somé- daughter and elder of the Dagara tribe of West Africa. They established the ritual healing village training, teaching indigenous technology.
Siri then continued to co-found The Kundalini Yoga Mobile Studio in central London and currently organizes Level 1 + Level 2 KRI Aquarian teacher training and events with the Karam Kriya School.

With gratitude to her spiritual teacher Shiv Charan Singh, she shares her music, the timeless teachings of Kundalini yoga and indigenous technology, supporting others in their dance and song, whilst drawing on ceremony to consciously awaken the true light of the soul.
